In accordance with MFA regulations regarding the exercise of voting rights of asset management companies and following the principles defined in its voting policy, Mirova exercises its voting rights as shareholder of the UCITS and AIF it manages. In addition, in order to comply with the requirements of the AMF's General Regulation (article 314-102), Mirova must ensure a full disclosure on voting activities for funds unitholders. This platform therefore aims at providing information on Mirova's voting universe, companies and AGMs that were voted by Mirova for a chosen date or period of time, and the corresponding voting instructions. These data are powered by ISS.
Methods of accounting for the number of resolutions vary between Mirova and ISS, which does not affect the results presented in the Voting Rights Exercise Report and on the VDS platform .
